5. Warranties

We warrant our workmanship for a period as specified in the project agreement. Plant material warranties, if offered, are subject to proper irrigation and care by the property owner following installation. We do not warrant against damage caused by extreme weather events, pest infestations, or improper post-installation care.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Edge Landscape Design of Odessa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design plans created for your project, is the intellectual property of Edge Landscape Design of Odessa unless otherwise indicated. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without prior written consent.

8. Governing Law
